AI moderator that runs interviews with many participants at once and synthesizes them together.
Outset uses an AI moderator to conduct interviews with many participants in parallel, probing on answers the way a researcher would follow up. Once sessions are done it synthesizes across all of them, so themes come with the clips that support them. The trade is depth of moderation for scale, which makes it a middle ground between surveys and one-on-one interviews.
- AI moderator with follow-up probing
- Many interviews run in parallel
- Synthesis across all sessions
- Themes linked to supporting clips
- Multiple languages supported
